Darlene is an experienced physiotherapist from the US, now based in Australia. Andrew is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. He provides person-centred care by tailoring evidence-based treatment plans to meet each client’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. He empowers clients through active listening, clear communication, and education, helping them feel confident and engaged in their recovery. Andrew integrates manual therapy with personalised exercise programs to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support long-term wellbeing. His holistic approach and commitment to continuous development make him a valuable member of the Southwest Wellness Centre team.

Lara is a paediatric physiotherapist with 6+ years’ experience and advanced training (Paediatric Physiotherapist Levels 1 & 2). She supports children with simple and complex needs, including sensory processing differences and neurodivergent profiles and turns goals into playful, confidence-building sessions. Lara also prescribes orthotics and assistive technology (AFOs, walkers, standing frames) to help kids participate safely at home, school, and in the community. Family-centred and collaborative, she equips parents and carers with practical strategies and celebrates every win, big or small.

Angelie is known for her compassionate care and holistic approach to treatment. She has worked extensively with a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, spinal dysfunctions, and age-related mobility concerns. Her treatment style focuses on the whole person, not just the symptom, using tailored exercise programs, pain management strategies, movement training, and patient education.
What sets Angelie apart is her ability to connect with each individual, creating personalised plans that fit into their real lives and empower them to take charge of their health.

Master’s degree in Public Health , UOW Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from St. Paul University, Philippines.

Melanie has experience working with a range of clients from the age of 6 months to 101 years! Melanie is able to treat a range of conditions, however has a keen interest in paediatric physiotherapy and neurological conditions. Melanie has undergone further training in paediatrics and believes children get the most out of therapy when they find it fun. This is why she loves working with children through game-based activities to achieve their goals and brighten their futures. Additionally, Melanie can also provide services for general Women's Health conditions such as incontinence and abdominal separation.
