At Difference Physiotherapy our team of passionate and experienced physiotherapists work closely with you to achieve your health goals, whether that be pain relief, increasing your strength, managing chronic conditions, returning to work and/or returning to sports.
At Difference Physiotherapy you are not shuffled or shared. You will receive a 30 min consultation with one of our physiotherapists, who will spend time with you one on one throughout that consultation.
Our physiotherapists work within a large team of allied health professionals include exercise physiologists, dietitians, podiatrists, psychologists and occupational therapists providing them with a broader scope of knowledge to help you.
Remi is an experienced physiotherapist with a wide range of experiences including, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, cardiorespiratory, and geriatric, however has a strong focus on neurological conditions. Remi has a passion for education, helping clients to understand their conditions better and showing how incredible the human body is and its ability to improve through movement. Outside of physiotherapy, Remi is most comfortable in the outdoors, going on bushwalks and exploring regional areas of NSW.

Tracy has a wide range of experience in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She has a particular interest in hip, neck and shoulder injuries, as well as neurological rehabilitation and hydrotherapy.
Tracy has completed training in dry needling, Parkinson’s Disease specific program and Pilates-based treatment. She uses manual therapy, shockwave therapy and dry needling for pain management, and individualised progressive strengthening program to promote recovery and injury prevention.
Tracy believes everyone has the choice to live a healthy lifestyle which leads to a healthy life.

Andrew has a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and neurological rehabilitation. He is a strong believer of a person-centred care approach, individually tailored treatment plan through balancing client’s preferences and latest best evidence in the field, to achieve personalised goals and outcomes for each client. Andrew is committed to empowering clients through active listening and education, using manual therapy for pain management and individualised exercise-based training to gradually promote change in lifestyle.

My name is Lara. I am an experienced Physiotherapist from the Philippines. I have an extensive background in working a variety of cases from pain management, neurological and orthopaedic cases in 3 years from acute to chronic conditions. I have also worked with patients across different ages.
I am passionate about the arts and loves to do outdoors activities like hiking. I have a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals and be the best person they can be. I have a particular interest in using manual therapy, post-operative/ acute/ sub-acute conditions and neurological conditions. My style is all about great communication and collaboration between me and the client to achieve their goals. I am constantly looking to develop my skills to provide the most up to date interventions to clients.
Melanie has experience working with a range of clients from the age of 6 months to 101 years! Melanie is able to treat a range of conditions, however has a keen interest in paediatric physiotherapy and neurological conditions. Melanie has undergone further training in paediatrics and believes children get the most out of therapy when they find it fun. This is why she loves working with children through game-based activities to achieve their goals and brighten their futures. Additionally, Melanie can also provide services for general Women's Health conditions such as incontinence and abdominal separation.

Darlene, a new resident of Australia, brings decades of experience as a physiotherapist from America. In the US, she earned an advanced certification in musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment. However, her diverse practice has included treating acute injuries and illnesses, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as managing chronic conditions across paediatric to geriatric populations.
Darlene has also undergone advanced training in developmental movement patterns, pelvic health for all genders, and breathing pattern disorders. She strongly believes that movement is medicine and is deeply passionate about helping her clients regain and then thrive in their wellness pursuits by providing treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
In her free time, Darlene enjoys exploring the outdoors as well as swimming and cycling when time allows. She especially loves when her partner, his daughters, and their Staffy, Moose, join in on these adventures!
